Located in the Shonan Fujisawa Wholesale Market's related building, it is convenient as you can also use the parking lot. Upon entering, the staff greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. The system is set up so that you prepare your own soup and water, and you go to pick up your order when your number is called. The hamburger is round and fluffy, juicy, and cooked to a nice medium doneness. It has a solid seasoning that directly conveys the flavor of the meat. The soup has a vegetable aroma, and the salad topped with nuts and cheese was also delicious and satisfying.

You can enjoy it casually in a self-service style. The hamburger has a fragrant sear, and when you cut it, the deliciousness inside spreads pleasantly, making it go well with rice. It pairs well simply with salt and pepper, and is also delicious with sauce. The steak releases a sweet fat flavor the more you chew, providing a sense of satisfaction. The grilled vegetables are cooked just right, offering good aroma and texture. There are also bento boxes made on the spot, which you can enjoy at home.
