This junmai sake is as straightforward as the loyalty of an Akita dog. 'Chiyogiku' was founded in the third year of Genbun (1738). The brewing water for Chiyogiku is drawn from the clear stream of the Nagara River, sourced from 128 meters underground. This pure water creates the unique smoothness that Chiyogiku is known for.

'Konteki' represents the precious 'drops' (sake) nurtured by the earth, the source of all. This junmai sake has a rich rice aroma and allows you to fully savor the umami of the rice.
