There is a wide variety of dishes and sweets made with eggs, and just looking at them is enjoyable. The carbonara is light and has a soup-like consistency, with a pleasant texture from the watercress. I particularly liked the soup that had the umami of the eggs. The strawberry cream puff is filled with plenty of custard and fresh cream, along with sliced strawberries, making it melt in your mouth and delightful. The bite-sized baumkuchen dipped in custard is also fun and has a rich egg flavor. The drinkable egg pudding is enjoyed with a straw and has a rich, satisfying taste.
