Shizumae refers to the 'Maehama area of Shizuoka City'. Shizuoka City has three ports, and at our restaurant, we serve sashimi made from fish caught at one of them, the Yui Fishing Port. The fish is caught right in front of the port, so freshness is outstanding. Additionally, the sashimi comes with a generous amount of fish broth soup, making it a highly recommended dish for enjoying fish.
