Shokudo Sakuraya

Shizumae refers to the 'Maehama area of Shizuoka City'. Shizuoka City has three ports, and at our restaurant, we serve sashimi made from fish caught at one of them, the Yui Fishing Port. The fish is caught right in front of the port, so freshness is outstanding. Additionally, the sashimi comes with a generous amount of fish broth soup, making it a highly recommended dish for enjoying fish.

The fish and vegetables change depending on the season and day, but the volume remains the same. It is a proud tempura bowl that can be enjoyed by repeat customers from afar.

A cherry shrimp feast set meal where you can fully enjoy Yui's cherry shrimp. The crispy and hot tempura can be enjoyed simply with shrimp salt.

Marinated raw cherry shrimp in our special sauce, served on top of hot rice. Topped with a half-cooked seasoned egg. Enjoy the creamy yolk mixed with the raw cherry shrimp.
