The entrance is located deep within the building, and upon entering, a calm space unfolds, creating a sense of excitement. The sight of the straw-roasted dishes from behind the counter is impressive, and the aroma adds to the experience, making it the best. The fish dishes are very memorable, especially the straw-roasted bonito, which is moist and rich in flavor. The meat is also delicious, with the charcoal-grilled bone-in chicken thigh being juicy and satisfying. The roast beef can be enhanced with egg yolk and whole grain mustard, keeping it interesting until the end. The baked sweet potato has a melting texture and a strong sweetness, leaving you feeling happy even after the meal.
