We have prepared a special summer set meal that allows you to enjoy seasonal hamo (conger eel) in your choice of "cold" or "hot" flavor. Guests can choose from either the refreshing "Hamo Noodle and Summer Vegetables in a Chilled Hot Pot" or the delicious "Hamo Noodle in a Sukiyaki Hot Pot". This summer-only recommended set meal also includes four seasonal kobachi (small bowls of cooked food) such as sugi and squid sashimi, uzakaki, soft-simmered small eggplant and octopus, as well as kipper and black maitake mushroom tempura and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).

The "Unagi no Kamameshi Set" features fragrant grilled eel served in a fluffy kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). This colorful set meal includes three seasonal kobachi (small bowls of cooked food), such as Uzakaki (eel eel), soft-simmered eggplant and octopus, tempura of kipper and black maitake mushroom, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
