The large pieces of harami (skirt steak) are particularly impressive, allowing you to enjoy the pleasant elasticity of the lean meat along with the richness of the fat. You can enjoy grilling on a shichirin (charcoal grill) at the table, and the ventilation is effective, so there was no concern about smoke. There is a variety of beef, pork, and chicken offal, and the thick-cut pork tongue had no unpleasant odor, while the jaw meat had a good texture. The sauces available are soy sauce and miso, and I preferred the mild sweetness of the soy sauce. Graters and garlic are provided, making it fun to adjust the flavors to your liking. There are tatami mat seating and counter seating, and the staff are kind, allowing for a relaxed experience.
