The phantom Wagyu 'Miyako Beef' is raised in only about 200 heads per year. In our store, we use only the highest-ranked meat that has been further selected from this limited supply.
Characterized by marbled meat with concentrated flavor and sweetness. The amount of meat obtained from one pig is also small, making it a very rare type of pork.
