Using the soft brand meat 'Azumino Pasture Pork' recommended by Nagano Prefecture, this dish is served in a soup base of Korean miso and soy milk. The rich and mildly spicy flavor creates a perfect harmony! *Orders are accepted for two servings or more. We offer a hot pot finish (shiko shiko udon or zosui) for 294 yen.

The exquisite 'Ajillo' supervised by the popular Spanish restaurant 'Estrella' in Nakakaruizawa has been added to Aoyagi's new menu starting in February! This classic Spanish tapas dish is simmered in olive oil and garlic (the photo is for illustration). The olive oil, infused with the rich flavors of the ingredients, is so delicious that you'll want to savor every last drop.
Enjoy our piping hot young chicken, double-fried and lightly drizzled with our original black vinegar green onion sauce. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the black vinegar and spices will stimulate your appetite.
