When you enter the restaurant, you first order and pay at the counter, allowing you to casually choose your favorite menu items. It's a self-service style where you go pick up your food when the buzzer goes off, which made the waiting time exciting. The beef short ribs sizzling on the hot plate are fragrant and go very well with rice. The side dishes of potato salad, green beans, and kimchi also provide a nice accent, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. They say they use Hokkaido beef, and you can really feel the tenderness and flavor. After finishing your meal, you can return the tray at your own pace, making it a place where you can easily enjoy a delicious meat lunch.
