A calm atmosphere flows, allowing you to relax at the counter, tables, or in the sunken kotatsu seats. The sashimi, especially the tuna, is full of flavor and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The myoga garnish is refreshing and beautifully enhances the taste of the sashimi. The Hitachi beef is cooked to perfection, allowing you to savor the differences between the cuts. The simmered fish and fried dishes are visually stunning, showcasing a sense of style in their presentation. The finishing touch of matsutake rice and clam soup has a gentle flavor that brings comfort, and the chiffon cake for dessert has a light texture.
