This is a long-established yakiniku restaurant located along the river in Yugawara. The Showa retro atmosphere and the cozy interior centered around tatami seating create a relaxing environment. The sauce is characterized by a rich sweetness, enhancing the flavors of the kalbi, tongue salt, and loin, all of which are delicious. The homemade kimchi, bean sprout namul, and cucumber kimchi are mildly spicy, allowing the taste of the vegetables to shine through. The soup comes in various types, including seaweed, egg, kalbi, and tofu, each with a different flavor that is enjoyable. The lemon in the lemon sour is locally sourced from Yugawara and is refreshing, and I was satisfied with the delicious salad with dressing, chijimi, and gukbap.
