It's cheap! I went to another place for lunch, but it was closed... I have this pattern a lot... Why don't you go there after checking it out? It's a bit of a hassle to look for the next one when you get turned down at one place. Somewhere - there was a place nearby - where we could have lunch! Today's the only day Located along Midosuji and just a short walk from Higashimikuni Station I have visited several times at night at Izakaya (Japanese style pub) There are not many Obako restaurants in the Higashimikuni area. This is a very valuable restaurant that can accommodate large parties. The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, with a counter, tatami room, private room, and tables. Lunch time Fish lunch: 700 yen Meat Lunch: 500 yen Hime Lunch 600 yen Udon Lunch 650 yen Steak Stack 700 yen Meat lunch is only one coin...it's a cheap restaurant after all! And you can have a second helping of rice, too cheap... I like meat, so I had the steak and rice. Steak and rice topped with a heaping portion of meat! The meat is cooked to a medium-rare. But it was tender and had no unpleasant sinews! The garlic sauce that goes well with rice is very appetizing! From lunch time.... The smell is a bit off-putting, so it would be nice if you could put it on the menu! I was surprised when I was served and thought "Oh...garlic! I'm full! I'm so thankful that I can eat a steak for this price! Let's come back for a different lunch! Only smoking during lunch time is very disappointing, but thank goodness it's a large restaurant so it doesn't fill up! May the people nearby not smoke again next time ...
