A Hidden Dining Spot to Savor Hitachi Aki Soba

Nestled in a residential alley, this hidden dining gem features a bright café-like interior where you can enjoy 90% buckwheat soba made from Hitachi Aki soba. The slightly thicker noodles have a smooth texture, firm chewiness, and rich flavor, offering generous portions. The dipping sauces, infused with bonito flavor and featuring pork, along with the crisply fried tempura, are highly praised, allowing for a variety of taste combinations. A delightful bonus is the self-service coffee available after your meal, perfect for a relaxing moment.

Located in a residential area, the interior of the shop has a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The aroma of Hitachi Akisoba is delightful, and its slightly thick and smooth texture feels great going down. It has a chewy elasticity the more you bite into it, and the portion is generous, providing satisfaction. The dipping sauce is rich in flavor, and there is plenty of pork, making it easy to keep eating. The tempura is lightly and crisply fried, and you can choose from shrimp and vegetables according to your preference. Self-service coffee is available, which is a nice touch for a post-meal break.
