Katsu Shinbo Sinyongsan

Katsushinbo's tonkatsu can be chosen from four types: loin cutlet, fillet cutlet, three-layered loin cutlet, and assorted cutlet. In particular, it uses fresh raw meat that has been aged at low temperatures, and after being fried in clean oil, it is baked again in the oven to achieve a crispy coating and moist meat texture. Side menu options include additional fillet cutlets, highballs, and beer.
