Shirasu from Nagato is generously added to the Dashi Maki Tamago right in front of the customer! This is a luxurious dish that can only be enjoyed at our store. We also offer the regular Dashi Maki Tamago (490 yen).
1. Natural chicken bone soup simmered for 4 hours. 2. Made with Tako garlic from Aomori prefecture, which leaves less odor the next day. 3. Made with Kano pork from Yamaguchi prefecture. 4. Uses the finest salt from Izu Oshima.
