Located on the floor of a hotel close to the station, access is very easy. The kaiseki using seasonal ingredients is visually beautiful, and I felt excited from the first small dish. The soup has a gentle broth, and the aroma of the white leek spreads softly, bringing a sense of calm. The sashimi is fresh, and I particularly enjoyed the moist and tender texture of the conger eel. The presentation of squeezing lemon on the grilled dish enhances the aroma, and each plate, including the abalone with Sanuki denpuku in black vinegar sauce, is creatively enjoyable. The final dish of eel and noodles provides a sense of satisfaction, and even the fruit is carefully prepared, while the chilled sake is fruity and goes down easily.
