Easy menu. We are proud of our natto (sweetened and stewed) dish, which takes more than 7 hours to cook after baking it uncooked.
A full course of sweetfish with Nanbanzuke and fried sweetfish. It is popular among tourists and local residents alike.
This is a top-quality full course created in commemoration of the recognition of ayu fish from the Nagara River as a "World Agricultural Heritage". A specialty of this course is grilled ayu fish. Three grilled dishes are available only in this course.
