It's a small shop with a calm atmosphere, and it's very comfortable. You can thoroughly enjoy the three layers of soba: tasuki, juwari, and nibai. The tasuki has a fragrant aroma that intensifies with each bite, the juwari is thin with a strong flavor, and the nibai has a pleasant texture that goes down smoothly. The tempura, including shrimp, shiso leaves, and mushrooms, has a light and fragrant batter. The tasuki soba allows you to compare the dipping sauces: spicy sauce, salt, and wasabi soy sauce, which is exciting. The thick soba broth is also impressive, leaving you feeling happy even after the meal.
