This is our best course that includes not only our specialty dishes but also seasonal dishes. This course is perfect for important gatherings such as business entertainment, dates, and farewell parties, and includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink including draft beer, brand-name sake, wine, and shochu. Please call us for reservations of 10 or more people.
This is a great value course that includes our famous "Salmon Harasu no Takikomi Gohan" and "Salmon Rare Cutlet" as well as an assortment of salmon entrées made with fresh salmon. This course is recommended for business entertainment, farewell parties, and dates. We can also add an all-you-can-drink option to meet your needs, so please consult with us. Please inquire by phone for reservations of 10 or more people.
For each dish, a drink is chosen for that dish. The sweetness and flavor of the salmon's fat is accompanied, sometimes enhanced, and sometimes broadened - a pairing course that weaves sake and salmon together. Please take your time and enjoy the unique pairing that cannot be enjoyed as a stand-alone course.
