In the restaurant located within the hotel, the glass-enclosed seats offer a view of the green course, creating a very open atmosphere. Although it is a self-service style, there is no compromise in the quality of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, each showcasing its own unique character. The fragrant fried rice and rich mapo tofu are particularly outstanding in the Chinese lineup, and I couldn't help but go back for seconds. The sashimi caught in the sea of Naruto is firm, and each bite brings a sense of freshness. Local flavors such as soba rice soup typical of Tokushima and sudachi-flavored dressing are also available, enhancing the travel experience. Thanks to the staff's attentive service and the calm atmosphere, I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the end.
