I entered a cozy okonomiyaki restaurant near the station. The counter in front of the teppan has a few seats, and there are also several tables, making for a bright interior with natural light. There are manga available, and a relaxed atmosphere allows for a casual experience. Two friendly ladies are efficiently handling the cooking and serving, and they engage with customers in a very approachable manner. They use the traditional method of spreading the noodles on the teppan first, allowing the thin noodles and cabbage to blend together nicely, with the Otafuku sauce coating it perfectly, making it the best. With a chewy texture and a rich flavor, it's a place where both individuals and families can enjoy and feel satisfied.
