The Sarashina soba made with Hokkaido buckwheat flour has a wonderful aroma and a smooth texture that is simply the best. The extremely thin noodles pair well with the slightly sweet dipping sauce, making it enjoyable without getting boring until the end. The tempura served with the cold soba is crispy, with a generous amount of seaweed, and tastes light when eaten with salt. The kakiage (mixed tempura) includes onions, sakura shrimp, and squid, providing a hearty portion while highlighting the sweetness of the vegetables. The service is quick, so even if you're hungry, you can feel at ease with the short wait time. With table seating and raised seating areas, the quiet atmosphere makes it a lovely place to savor soba at a leisurely pace.
