The grilled tongue, regular tongue, beef tripe, and skirt steak changed in texture depending on how they were cooked, making each bite enjoyable. The grilled shabu of brisket and triangular rib was light and easy to eat, and they frequently changed the grill, allowing for a pleasant cooking experience. The flow of the meal, including the cold noodles, udon, and even ice cream at the end, was thoroughly satisfying, and the drink service was smooth.
