In a quiet space at the top of the stairs, the simple interior feels pleasant. It's a place where you can spend time alone without hesitation, and the atmosphere of the carefully managed kitchen is palpable. The appeal of the vegetables stands out, and I was excited by the white asparagus and sweet onion appetizer. Both the fish and meat are cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, complemented by a fragrant sauce. The thin, plump bread is aromatic and irresistibly delicious. Even the finishing dessert and coffee are thoroughly enjoyable, providing a great sense of satisfaction.
