The menu may not have many options, but the eel was delicious anyway. It was fluffy, thick, and very easy to eat. The rolled eel was also tasty, and the whole family was very satisfied!
The interior is very clean, and the private rooms have a good sense of style and are calming. The atmosphere of the corridor and the design of the semi-private rooms are also lovely, making it a comfortable place to be. The tongue is particularly impressive, as the staff folds it to wrap around the green onions and cooks it just right, leaving the inside slightly rare and enhancing the aroma. Other meats have excess fat beautifully trimmed off, allowing them to be enjoyed without feeling heavy. The yukhoe is well-prepared, and it pairs very well with the mild sauce. The stone-grilled bibimbap is mixed by the staff who pours the sauce from the edge of the pot, making it enjoyable to savor, including the delightful sizzling sound.
In a quiet space at the top of the stairs, the simple interior feels pleasant. It's a place where you can spend time alone without hesitation, and the atmosphere of the carefully managed kitchen is palpable. The appeal of the vegetables stands out, and I was excited by the white asparagus and sweet onion appetizer. Both the fish and meat are cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, complemented by a fragrant sauce. The thin, plump bread is aromatic and irresistibly delicious. Even the finishing dessert and coffee are thoroughly enjoyable, providing a great sense of satisfaction.
