Ryukyu Chinese TAMA is named after Shanghai, the birthplace of owner-chef Fumihiro Tamadai's grandmother, and Okinawa, the birthplace of his mother. TAMA is a creative restaurant based on Chinese and Okinawan cuisine, the tastes of home that Mr. Tamadisei himself has grown accustomed to since he was a child. We hope you will enjoy the fusion of unadorned Chinese and Okinawan cuisine served with approximately 180 kinds of wine.
