When lunchtime arrived, I was excited to see the daily set meals written out on the blackboard at the entrance. The ginger pork I ordered was stir-fried with pork and onions in a slightly sweet soy sauce, filling the air with a gentle aroma. The food was brought out in no time, so I didn't get tired of waiting even when I was hungry. Mixing the raw egg that came with it created a rich flavor reminiscent of sukiyaki, making for a very enjoyable taste change. The interior was so clean that it didn't feel like an izakaya, and the atmosphere of the tatami room was calm. After the meal, I enjoyed complimentary coffee and fruit, leaving the restaurant feeling very satisfied.
