Soba Hachibei

Soba-ya Hachibei is a restaurant where you can enjoy kawara soba, a specialty of Yamaguchi Prefecture. Hand-made Shinshu soba is grilled on a hot kawara tile, allowing you to savor the delightful aroma of the crispy edges. The dish is lavishly topped with thick omelet, thinly sliced beef, and a generous amount of condiments, making it a luxurious treat. In the retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, you can spend a delightful time paired with local sake.
