Beautifully extracted Californian Cabernet Sauvignon. With that added 'hang-time' the wine has wonderful ripeness levels but is silky soft and so elegant. A wonderful 'summery' Cabernet.

Considered one of England's best wines, this is made in the true champagne fashion using traditional grape varieties and production techniques. The result is creamy and rich with notes of brioche, honey, almond and a refreshing citrus twist.
