Using strawberries from a naturally cultivated farm, we created an enzyme drink that can only be enjoyed now. These strawberries, which are no longer available even if you search for them, have grown bright red under plenty of sunlight. Not only the color, but also the taste and aroma are concentrated, giving you the feeling of drinking nature itself. This is the top recommendation for this season.
Seasonal loquats are candied and combined with walnuts to create a rich pound cake. It is served with ice cream.
This pudding, shaped just like a pumpkin, maximizes its sweetness and has become a local specialty. The special sauce made from a blend of black syrup and caramel pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream. Since it does not contain eggs or dairy products, it can be enjoyed safely by small children and those with allergies.
A summer hit menu featuring white fish directly shipped from Sado Island, generously combined with seasonal salad. It comes with homemade miso soup and two small bowls of vegetables, providing a satisfying meal.
A popular creative dish that can only be eaten at Tamari. It is full of vegetables, filling, yet you lose weight the next day, making it a very low-carb dish. It comes with two small side dishes, miso soup, and rice. Please ask at our restaurant for the ingredients.

We offer a variety of unique salads primarily made from crops sourced from the natural farming fields of Higashi-Yurigaoka and Ozenji.
From the natural farming fields, we receive the blessings of the land that can be said to be vegetables not sold at grocery stores. Mugwort, strawberry leaves, scallion flowers, fragrant fennel flowers, and beautifully lace-like carrot flowers, among others. Of course, these safe and secure vegetables are served on a miraculous cedar plate.
Homemade side dishes that were served as small bowls for lunch or as appetizers. This menu was created thanks to customers who expressed a desire to try various types. There may be times when we have to decline if there are few types of side dishes available.
