The fried chicken has a crispy coating and is juicy on the inside, allowing for a change in flavor with homemade salt or mayonnaise. The popular gyoza bursts with meat juices, and the flavor expands with each bite. For lunch, there is a satisfying selection including spicy chicken and vegetable stew, white fish fry, and refreshing Chinese-style cold tofu. The mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, and fried lotus root stuffed with meat all have a great harmony of flavors, making it easy to keep eating.
