A flavor that conveys the charm of Bobal with freshness and concentration. This red wine from the winery Covinas, the most beloved in Valencia, the birthplace of paella. Deep red-purple color, with aromas of wild strawberry and currant. Accompanied by firm notes of red fruit, it is soft and flavorful. Hand-harvested from Bobal grapes grown on vines over 25 years old, aged in oak for 3 months. Inspired by the coins used by merchants who dominated the Mediterranean in the 2nd century BC.
