Kawanabe beef is a brand of black-haired wagyu raised in Kawabe, Minamikyushu City. It is characterized by its sweet fat. You can enjoy it with Chiran eggs and a refreshing original citrus sauce. Each person will use their own pot to enjoy their preferred level of doneness.
A hearty chilled Chinese noodle dish topped with flavorful local chicken from Arizono Chicken Shop in Kawabe Town and plenty of seasonal vegetables. The soup is made with a handmade shiitake mushroom broth, and by adding tomato ice on top, it stays cold and allows for a change in flavor as it melts. This dish is perfect for summer and comes with our popular beef tendon croquette and homemade kimchi.
