The broth here is very delicious. The katsudon has a fragrant coating, and the moderately fatty pork is lightly wrapped in egg, providing a sense of satisfaction. The sauce has a gentle sweetness, with a clean taste that is not too strong. The udon is slightly thicker and has a good chew, and even in a mini size, there is a solid amount. The sweetly simmered fried tofu is very unique and pairs exceptionally well with the udon. The chicken and green onion soba features a broth rich in umami from kelp, with the flavors of chicken and green onions overlapping, making it light yet satisfying.
