It's fun to gather around a shichirin (a small charcoal grill) at the table and grill your own food. The kalbi (beef short ribs), harami (skirt steak), and hormone (offal) are all delicious, and the hormone has a good chewiness with a nice amount of fat. The miso-based sauce is rich, and you can really taste the sweetness and aroma of the dipping sauce. The accompanying cabbage is wilted and resembles a light pickled dish, making it easy to eat. The kakuteki (cubed radish kimchi) has not only spiciness but also sweetness, making it a good palate cleanser. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is warm, allowing for a relaxed experience.
