There are counter seats and table seats in the back, creating a calm atmosphere. The 'taster' I ordered for lunch comes with six gyoza, rice, soup, a small side dish, and a mini salad, making it quite substantial. The pan-fried gyoza has a perfect crunch from the lotus root and a delightful garlic flavor, with a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste. The soup has a gentle flavor unique to this place, making the rice go down easily. The system of choosing your favorite small side dish from the tray is also fun, and I was able to get my vegetables in with the miso stir-fried eggplant. In the frozen case near the exit, gyoza and shumai are lined up, and it's nice to be able to enjoy them at home as takeout.

If you choose the trial lunch, it comes with six gyoza, rice, soup, salad, and a small side dish, providing a great sense of satisfaction. You can choose whether or not to include garlic in the gyoza, and I opted for the garlic version to enjoy its strong aroma. The lotus root inside was crunchy, making for a fun texture. The original soup had a gentle richness that made me want to drink it all. Thanks to the large serving of rice and the choice of small side dishes, I was able to enjoy the meal without getting bored and felt full until the end.
