Additionally, we receive 60 liters of authentic British draft beer monthly in key kegs. Please be sure to try them when you visit.

Enjoy the fine bubbles and deep flavor of this Stout created through a unique brewing method. ・Hitachino Nest <Belgian White Ale> A white beer that remakes the traditional Belgian beer style, characterized by a refreshing aroma from herbs. ・Mikkeller <Burst IPA> - An innovative IPA crafted by Mikkeller, which captivates even the world's top-rated restaurants - As the name suggests, this IPA bursts with hop aroma. The hazy golden color gives rise to fresh citrus, evoking flavors of pineapple and mango. ・BREWDOG 'DOUBLE HAZY (7.2%)' A popular style of New England IPA from BrewDog in the UK, left unfiltered to retain its cloudiness, capturing the essence of malt and hops. It features vibrant aromas of pineapple, mango, and lime, with hints of pine. The flavor of ripe fruits balances the overall experience, welcoming a fresh orange bitterness for a truly luxurious taste. Today's Real Ale is unfiltered and served without heating. It features aromas of pink grapefruit and citrus, leading to tropical fruit flavors, finishing with a refreshing sensation reminiscent of white grapes. ・808brewer <British ESB (Real Ale Ver.)> A genuine ESB (Extra Special Bitter) familiar in British pubs, crafted by 808 Brewery, primarily consisting of farmers from Tochigi Prefecture, offering the rich flavor and depth of malt.

・BREWDOG Candy Kittens (Scotland) (Large Can) 6% A collaboration beer between the environmentally friendly British gummy brand 'Candy Kittens', established in London (free from palm oil and animal gelatin), and BrewDog. A New England IPA using guava and raspberry. It starts with aromas of guava and raspberry and finishes with hop bitterness. A unique taste that feels like eating beer and gummies together. Only for those who are interested! ・BALLAST POINT (USA) Hazy Sculpin (Can) 7% 355ml A strong American hazy IPA made by a pioneer in the American craft beer scene, using American hops and hops from the Southern Hemisphere. ・THORNBRIDGE Jaipur IPA (England) (Can) 5.9% 330ml A classic Indian pale ale with a pleasant tropical flavor primarily based on mango, boasting numerous awards.

・Kuri Kuro 9.0% 330ml Hideji Beer (Miyazaki) A rich, long-aged high-alcohol stout (black beer) made with 'kuri' (chestnuts) from Miyazaki Prefecture. Be sure to try it on this occasion. [WBC (World Beer Cup) Gold Medal Winner]

Hooegarden (White Beer) 4.9% - A refreshing Belgian White originating from Hooegarden village, Belgium. Chimay Green 7% (Belgium) 330ml - A masterpiece created to commemorate the 150th anniversary of brewing. It features a pleasant bitterness with fruity aromas reminiscent of bergamot and lime.

Please enjoy it with meals like you would with wine. Golden Time Ale 9% 750ml Hideji Beer (Miyazaki) 'Hideji 25th Anniversary Noble Ale' - Brewed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Hideji Beer. A rich ale that features a refined aroma with hops such as Saaz and Hallertau. A marriage of heavy malt flavor and noble hop aged ale. Enjoy the vibrant character of the early aging and the complex flavors that develop over time. [Belgian Ale (White Beer)] Please enjoy the changing colors, aromas, and flavors as it ages. - Yamabushi Series Shiga Kogen Beer (Nagano) The 'Yamabushi Series' is a project product born from inspiration from Belgian beer, pursuing a uniquely Japanese flavor. Unlike the standard product with a strong hop presence, 'Shiga Kogen Beer' is drier and has a wine-like taste. We have various beers with different flavors and brewing methods, including those with strong acidity called Lambic and Trappist beers made in monasteries. Please ask the staff for prices and series information. You can enjoy it enough for two, just like wine.

～SPEYSIDE～ Aberlour 10y has a soft sweetness and is very smooth. It is understandable that it has won awards six times at the International Wine & Spirits Competition. Cragganmore 12y represents the Speyside region with its pleasant traditional malt and barrel aromas. Glenlivet 12y is the first distillery to receive government approval. Its soft mouthfeel is impressive. Glenlivet 25y is aged in bourbon and sherry casks, finished in first-fill PX sherry and cognac (Tronçais) barrels. It offers rich aromas of plum and sweet blood orange, with flavors of toast and oak. Glenfarclas 12y is a single malt beloved by former British Prime Ministers, embodying the spirit of Speyside. Glenfarclas 21y features a variety of sherry casks, characterized by its floral aromas from long aging. MACALLAN 12y is a double cask using two types of hard-to-obtain sherry cask spirits. ～CAMPBELTOWN～ Springbank 10y has won numerous awards in various contests. It adheres to traditional methods and is known for its strong saltiness and aromatic profile, often referred to as 'the perfume of malt.' Springbank 15y is limited to one glass per person due to scarcity. It is a premium malt made from 100% sherry cask aged spirits, with rich aromas reminiscent of dark chocolate and a concentrated body, making it a rare delight. Longrow uses only malt dried with peat, with a phenol level of 50-60 ppm, creating a creamy malt whiskey that balances smoke and sweetness. Hazelburn 10y is produced at the Springbank distillery with non-peated triple distillation. It is a Campbeltown malt characterized by its honey-like sweetness. Kilkerran 12y is produced at the Glengyle distillery. It is a rare whiskey with moderate peat aroma and grain notes similar to Lowland malts, produced in limited quantities.
