For the past 30 years, Inan Farm in Tahara City has been growing strawberries without the use of pesticides or herbicides. They create soil using microorganisms, bringing it closer to a natural environment. The shiny strawberries have a fluffy texture, rich flavor, and strong sweetness. This parfait is filled with strawberry mousse, strawberry sauce, pistachio gelato, white chocolate, fresh cream, strawberry ice cream, and strawberry sorbet, generously decorated with fresh strawberries from Inan Farm!

Chiyori sweet potatoes, grown in the Chiyori area of Toyokawa City, are pesticide-free. Their flavor and sweetness are maximized. From these sweet potatoes, we carefully made sweet potato puree and sweet potato cream. The parfait includes Toyohashi black tea pudding and jelly, homemade caramel nuts, crispy pastry, rich vanilla ice cream, and hot sweet potatoes. It's a parfait that offers a variety of textures to enjoy.

Made with chestnuts from Shinjo, featuring sweetened chestnut, Toyohashi black tea pudding and jelly, chestnut cream, cassis sauce, and sweetened chestnut ice cream. Enjoy the flavors of autumn.
