◆ Beni Haruka [Kagoshima, Satsuma Mirai] - Carefully selected Beni Haruka sourced from contracted farmers around our factory in Kagoshima, aged for over 100 days in a dedicated storage facility, and roasted twice at different temperature ranges, resulting in a labor-intensive premium roasted sweet potato. It features a sticky texture and sweetness that exceeds 50 degrees Brix, comparable to honey. This roasted sweet potato is delicious whether warmed or chilled. ◆ Anno Sweet Potato [Nagasaki, Goto Sweet Potato] - Anno sweet potatoes grown organically with care in Nagasaki's Goto Islands. Being pesticide-free, the skin does not harden easily, and when eaten with the skin, it offers a particularly rich flavor. ◆ Naruto Kintoki [Tokushima, Satoura] - Uses even more carefully selected sweet potatoes from the Ebisu variety in Tokushima's Satoura town. The sweet potato university-style sweet potato fries also luxuriously use this Naruto Kintoki.
