This course is a 'chef's choice', so you cannot specify the skewers, but each skewer in the course is offered at 280 yen. We prepare about 20 varieties of creatively made skewered fried dishes every day, and we will serve them in order while considering your dislikes. If you feel full, you can stop at any time during the course. Please note that there may be skewers that are not available due to reasons such as weather conditions.
This course allows you to order as many skewers as you like. The price for each skewer starts at 280 yen.

Black koji preparation aged for 2 years. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a refreshing taste that lingers.
This is a 100% barley shochu made using handmade koji and carefully selected barley, finished with a light flavor through vacuum distillation. It is a masterpiece that pursues a refreshing drinking experience.

A slightly adult spicy ginger ale with a good balance of ginger and spices.
The aroma of Earl Grey and the freshness of orange create a harmony. Non-alcoholic version is also available.
A mature flavor made with plenty of seasonal Dekopon, sharpened with ginger!
