It's a small shop centered around the counter, with a calm atmosphere that feels pleasant. As soon as you enter, your eyes are drawn to the live fish tank, conveying freshness. The nuka-zuke (fermented rice bran pickles) leaves a strong impression, and both the fish and chicken showcase their respective qualities. The moderate acidity and subtle sweetness overlap, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The small dishes like pickled vegetables, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), and hiyayakko (chilled tofu) are carefully prepared, and you can enjoy them just as they are, without soy sauce. The cheerful service encourages conversation, and I was able to leisurely enjoy my meal while soft music played in the background.
