Using abundant underground water from the Tanzawa region and carefully selected domestic rice, the sake produced through traditional methods is highly regarded both domestically and internationally. The interior exudes a charming atmosphere that evokes a sense of travel with each visit. Be sure to try the "Iwa no Izumi."

In a calm brewery that feels historical, the unpretentious atmosphere is pleasant. I heard that this is the oldest sake brewery in Kanagawa, and you can sense their commitment to careful brewing and delivery. At the direct sales store, the staff kindly teaches you, and you can choose according to your preferences, such as dry sake or small bottles with lower alcohol content. There are options ranging from those with a subtle aroma that are easy to drink to robust original sake types, all of which have a clean aftertaste. They also have sake lees available, which is great for making sweet sake or sake lees soup. There is parking available, and since it’s along the street, it might be easy to miss, so sake lovers should definitely check it out.
