The traditional Peking duck, finished in the store's oven, is a limited dish available only at the Sagamihara store. The skin is crispy, and the meat is moist and juicy, cut thick down to the meat in the 'Shinfukuki style.' The secret sauce is also exquisite. It is self-service.
