Domestic Beef Hamburger Grilled on a Hot Plate (180g)
Our hamburgers are made from scratch, starting with grinding the meat in our shop. We use two types of grinding, coarse and medium, to retain the texture of the meat, and we grill it slowly on a hot plate to achieve a fluffy finish. Available until 4 PM on weekdays, served with a mini vegetable shop salad, rice or bread, and a sweet onion sauce from Awaji for 1890 yen, demi-glace sauce for 1890 yen, or a light sauce with tomato and Awaji onions for 1990 yen.
