The sharp dipping sauce enhances the aroma and leaves a refreshing aftertaste. The toppings include grated daikon, seaweed, radish sprouts, shiso leaves, and tempura scraps, making for a visually refreshing presentation. The fried items are cooked to order, with a light and crispy batter, and the shrimp, vegetables, and maitake mushrooms are all delicious. The freshly made rice balls, mini salad, omelet, and pickles are all prepared with care, resulting in a high level of overall satisfaction.
