A cozy, hidden Japanese-style izakaya

Oishinbo Tsubasa is a hidden gem of a Japanese izakaya that exudes a calm atmosphere, well-regarded even by industry peers. The dishes are meticulously prepared, both in taste and presentation, with the sashimi platter being a visual delight. It's highly recommended for those looking to enjoy delicious food in a tranquil setting.

This is a cozy place where you can slowly enjoy Japanese food and sake. They have a variety of fish dishes and creative items, all of which are delicious. The sashimi platter and sakura shrimp tempura are flavorful, making you want to keep eating. The matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot has a broth with sudachi that enhances the aroma. The Japanese-style spring rolls have a crispy skin and a light filling, making the contrast in texture enjoyable. The menu is extensive with additional recommendations, and I was satisfied in the relaxed atmosphere.
