This is a hidden gem located at the end of a narrow path by the river. Once you step inside, the staff's warm hospitality makes you feel right at home. The sashimi of flatfish, when paired with liver soy sauce, enhances the umami flavor significantly, making it irresistible. The simmered rockfish, lightly seasoned, is infused with broth, leaving a clean aftertaste. The eel is fluffy and fragrant, bringing joy whether in sushi or chirashi. You can even enjoy somen noodles finished in the simmering broth as a finale, ensuring a delicious and satisfying experience until the very end.
