Myeongdong Kalguksu Dapsimni Branch

The signature dish, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), features chewy and soft noodles paired with tender meat, topped generously with green onions, zucchini, and meat, stimulating the appetite. The broth is rich yet not overwhelming, boasting a clean and light flavor. The bossam set meal includes bossam meat, wrapping vegetables, rice, and noodles, allowing for a variety of tastes to be enjoyed.

The store is not very spacious, but it is well-maintained and offers space for about 9 to 10 teams to dine at the same time. During lunch hours, there can be a lot of customers, so there may be a slight wait, but the turnover is fast, so you won't have to wait long.
