The homemade thick noodles are elastic and enjoyable to chew. The chicken and green onion soba in yuzu-scented salt soup has a light aftertaste and goes down smoothly. The chicken tataki has a pleasant texture of the skin, and the umami is well conveyed. The wasabi-flavored Japanese-style mixed soba, when mixed with meat miso and soft-boiled egg, becomes rich and delicious until the last bite. The interior has counter seating and tables, as well as private rooms with sunken kotatsu, making it comfortable. You can feel the staff's teamwork, and the atmosphere is warm, making it clear that this is a beloved local establishment.
